We will ensure that a processor agreement that meets the applicable requirements is signed with these parties if they are considered “processors” under the privacy legislation.

4) How long do we store your personal data?

We do not keep your personally identifiable information for longer than is absolutely necessary to carry out the purposes outlined in this privacy statement. More specifically, the following retention periods are utilized by us:

  • After the application process has ended, the personal information you provide will be kept for up to four weeks. We will keep your personal information in your portfolio for one year following the conclusion of the application process if you consent to this. As a result, we can get in touch with you regarding any upcoming openings.
    The personal information you provided in your application will be added to your personnel file when you start working for us;
  • personal information that must be managed in accordance with (national) tax laws will be kept in accordance with our financial retention obligations;
  • After 30 days, camera images taken at our locations are overwritten automatically.

If legal retention obligations apply, the aforementioned retention periods may be extended. If this is required for the resolution of incidents or legal disputes, we can also keep personal data for longer.

5) How do we protect your personal data?

To safeguard your personal data, we have taken technical, organizational, and administrative measures. Firewalls, authentication passwords, and restricted access are among these measures.
